Universal Auto Accessories began at 2002 in Sydney, Australia, when Lewis responded to a call from an exhaust importer, who was looking for exhaust product suppliers. Speaking fluent English and Mandarin, Lewis sped up the inquiry by teaming up with Technical Director, Ken Liang, and they pinned down a suitable factory in South China. Lewis translated every detail; from product specs and materials, to complexities of production, manufacturing contracts, to shipping and clearance. An initial trial production run had a positive response from the market. From there, as fortune would have it, Lewis seized an opportunity to set up the business…
By early 2007, our growth meant that we were recognised as a nationwide exhaust supplier in Australia. It was a significant achievement.
In spite of the challenging early years, responding to growing customer demand, gradually allowed Universal Auto Accessories to run at full capacity. We signed up a second production facility to handle the growth.
In early 2014, Will Macadam joined the team as Marketing Director, who has wealthy experince in customer service
and internet marketing.
We are kicking off in Quality Assurance Project at the factory, made some changes on production line and the management team
to drive quality control.
